I did 150 reps of mini-banded kb(30#) swings for conditioning but no one cares because butt.
I haven’t trained my deadlift since way before covid and only wanted to hit 410 for 1-3 reps. BW is at 165 which is the lowest I’ve been in years. When big homie is there you gotta keep going so I got 10 reps. Couldn’t breathe for shit and wanted to pass

This is my favourite booty exercise. I do it almost every day. At least 80 reps in a set. I do up to 3 sets with a 1 minute break in between.
